The infrared hearth heating system with the rear burner boasts 16,000 BTUs of cooking power and utilizes a stainless steel U-burner under ceramic slab hearth. The heat is held in by a double-walled insulated top. This oven offers 456 square inches of cooking surface which is large enough to bake a standard 14-inch pizza for your family. Internal halogen lights allow you to keep an eye on your pizza, and the removable arch and glass doors make cleaning your pizza oven easy.
