The PRO22K-CART-2 features 2552 square inches of cooking space on the hinged cast-iron cooking grids. The cast-iron cooking grid can be adjusted to three different heights for direct or indirect grilling. A removable stainless steel heat diffuser rests at the bottom of the grill. It helps direct heat from the charcoal throughout the bowl for slow cooking and can be removed for high heat grilling. Precisely control the airflow with the corrosion-resistant air vent on the lid and dual stainless steel air vents and monitor the internal heat with the Accu-Probe temperature gauge. The offset lid is hinged for safe and easy operation. Clean-up is simple with the removable high capacity, steel ash catcher. The grill sits on a cart with a folding side shelf and locking rugged wheels.
