The Sunstone Ruby4BIR-NG features Sunstone’s exclusive Thermal-Heat Searing Grid, which works to insulate the heat from the lower burner at the cooking surface. This allows the grill to easily reach 700 Degrees within 2-4 minutes with the hood up, and up to 800 Degrees with the hood down. The Sunstone Grill Ruby4BIR-NG comes with four(4) 304-grade, 11-gauge stainless steel fabricated I-Burners with 60,000 BTU’s that are equipped with a flame thrower ignition. One of the most interesting features of the Sunstone Ruby4IR-NG is the 15,000 BTU infrared rear backburner with an industry-first to accept two(2) rotisserie kits, most grills only allow for one. A single rotisserie kit for the Ruby4IR is included with the purchase of the grill, more can be purchased separately.
